About Kleos
Inspired by ancient harmony — built for the way modern leaders, teams and families need to gather today.
Kleos Noble Retreat was created as a place where people can reconnect with themselves, with others, and with the calm found in nature. It is inspired by ancient harmony and offers an environment designed for clarity, creativity and meaningful interaction.
The estate exists for the moments that don’t fit into ordinary diaries — strategic offsites that change a company’s direction, weddings that mark a beginning, retreats that ask honest questions of their participants. We built it to host those moments with care.
Our mission is simple: design every detail of the estate so that the people inside it can think more clearly, lead more confidently and connect more honestly. From the acoustics of the seminar hall to the position of the olive trees beside the pool, nothing is incidental.
We work with corporate teams, executive coaches and private hosts to translate their intentions into a setting — and then to step quietly out of the way.
Stillness is not the absence of activity — it is the condition under which the right activity becomes possible.
The best decisions are made by people who have been given enough room to step back from them.
When a group has the estate to themselves, conversations open in ways they would not in shared venues.
Olive groves, mountain views and open sky aren’t scenery — they are inputs to clearer thinking.
Set among olive trees with the Troodos foothills in the distance, the estate sits a short drive from Limassol’s seafront, hotels and Larnaca International Airport. Far enough to disconnect; close enough to remain easy.
No other group on site. No back-of-hotel feeling. The estate, the gardens and the staff are yours for the dates of your booking.
Indoor seminar space, outdoor breakout areas, a pool and amphitheatre — the day flows between settings instead of being trapped in one.
Facilitators, AV, catering, transport, yoga, team-building — coordinated by one point of contact, on one estate.
Multi-day retreats stay together. Conversations don’t end at 6pm — they continue at dinner, around the fire, by the pool.
The seminar hall and breakout rooms were built specifically for sustained focus — natural light, soft acoustics, flexible layouts.
Private parking, transfers from Larnaca and Paphos airports, supplier coordination — the things that usually slow an offsite, removed.
“Kleos” — in ancient Greek, the word for what is heard about a person: their reputation, their resonance, the quiet trace they leave behind.
